| We use locally sourced foods whenever possible and enjoy great working partnerships with a variety of local farms and food purveyors. |
| Composting is such an important part of "recycling" and cutting down on our trash. And we are able to compost all of our eco-plastics and to go containers. It's great. |
| The processed foods we do use are organic and natural as much as possible. |
| We recycle all plastics, cans, glass, card board, etc. We have also back several of our wine bottles into glasses we can use in our dining room. We also sell them! |
| All of our to-go containers are made from sugar cane and corn and are compostable. |
| All cleaning products are eco-friendly. |
| Each of our customers dines on a eco friendly printed placemat listing all the great farms and businesses that keep us local, delicious, and unique! |
| We line dry all of our homemade tablecloths. And finally we can do that outside now! |
